Ideas for side dish with Brisket.

Just tossed the Brisket on the egg this am. Looks like it will be a perfect smoke! Sun is shining, grass is green, and the egg seems to be holding a nice steady temp (what else should I expect right?).
I looking for a nice side dish to go along with my Brisket tonight. We'll have smoked beans of course, and fresh homemade bread, but looking for something else to complete the meal. Ideas? Thanks!

For your beans you might want to try the "apple baked beans" on the forum. Do a search for baked beans and this recipe will be on the list.
You can't go wrong with sweet corn on the cob on the egg either.

Mr. & Mrs Potatohead

Put a cabbage and carrot cold slaw, with some pineapple chunks, mandrian (sp?) oranges and roasted soy nuts tossed in, along side!
It will be a real nice addition .
