Mini cooking this weekend

Weather was on and off again this weekend with rain so just cooked on the Mini.

Baked potatos, roasted flat iron steak and some ckicken apple gouda sausage.

    We need to talk. Your pictures are still looking better than mine. Can't blame it on the camera this time.
    The gasket on my Mini pulled off as I was unpacking the little guy. It was stuck to the clear plastic wrap real well but not so good to the Egg. I'm talking came off clean. I wish they would sell w/out gasket from the start as an option. LOL
