So this is my first attempt at burgers on th egg and wow they were good. Juciest burgers I have ever had, actually think I ruined one of the wifes shirts when she bit into it, it bit back lol!!!

S I stuffed the Burgers with Pepper Jack and Cheddar, dont know why I put the cheese on top by the time I pulled them I couldn't figure out which was which anyway, lol.

Plated, sorry a little blurry. Lettuce, Tomato, Red Onion, Avacado oozy cheese in the middle :woohoo: served with a mixed green salad with pecans and cranberries and some pasta salad. It was a challenge to get my mouth around this one, lol.

Yes they are and it caught me off guard on how fast they cook! Dome at 550 regular grid height 3 minutes a side, woohooo quick. Used 90/10 and still very juicy!

Burgers dont get enough press around here, IMO. They are an awesome example of how the Egg makes the ordinary extraordinary. Im not one for stuffing them, but love to char the exterior at Nuke temp then pull off before middle overcooks. YUUM!

I'm with you, Ron. I have stuffed the last few I've done (cheese only) and I'm really not thrilled with the way the cheese oozes out. Squirts is more like it. I think I'm going back to a nice thick layer on top. Might try some Bomba in the middle though.

Still, Jason, those are some fine lookin' burgers ya got there!!! Glad you enjoyed them!

I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!
