The wife came home with 3.5 round roast she wants me to do something on the egg tonight. Anybody got an ideas?[p]

UGASkiDawg,[p]Do it similar to this linked recipe, only on the egg, of course. Up to 350 would be OK, too. I have done one but it was awhile ago. Season it with Dizzy Pig Cowlick if you have it. The main thing is to remove it at the desired temp and don't make this cut of meat too well done.[p]

SyraQ,[p]I agree with you on the 350* dome temp, but would suggest cooking to an internal of 130*-135* for medium rare rather than 140* like the recipe suggest. The temp will rise while it's waiting to be cut. In addition, if it's not cooked as well done as you like, you can put it back on. There's nothing you can do if you over cook it.[p]Hope you enjoy your roast, Newbie.[p]Paul
