Have the low and slow (6 1/2 to 7 hrs.) recipe for beef ribs, but I did not see any suggestions about how often they turned the ribs. Any help on this is appreciated. Thanks[p]Ray Price

Babyray,[p]I've only done them twice, but really loved them both times.[p]I didn't turn or rotate them at all, but my cook was 3.5 to 4 hrs dome temp of 250 direct using a v-rack.[p]Let us know what you do and how the results are.[p]Jethro

Babyray,
I agree. I love beef ribs and never flip mine. Maybe if I'm bored I will move them every hour, but there is no need.

Babyray, my last beef ribs were cooked with the 3,1,1 method, turned out fine, 6-7 hours seem long. But then I just had some from a small little place and they were great, but I dont know who long they did them for.
