This turned out to be a very fun cook including getting totally roasted afterward. Thanks cookn biker and Desert Oasis Woman

I have 2 mangos and a loin in the fridge for tomorrow. I can't wait.

The pork I used was boneless sirloin chops. It was the special of the week and went for $1.98 a pound. I probably had four dollars in meat, three mangoes and made six skewers about nine inches. I also added a couple of green bell peppers to the mix and they provide nice color as well as flavor. Enjoy.

It definitely does not disappoint. Consider doubling the glaze if you make a lot of 'bobs. It cooks down to a scant half cup so I am just sayin'...

I am going to do it tonight. I bought a whole loin to make canadian bacon and I cut off the small ends for the kabobs, and put my cure on the bigger half pieces, Gonna try a few shrimp along with the pork and a little pinapple on the skewers too :) I am going to try and prep my mango in the shower, but I have my trusty OXO sp#i**t&r on the ready
Will post pics [of the cook, not the shower] tomorrow :woohoo:
