Yumm! They look awesome - I'm going to try them sometime soon! I have a mango cutter - have had it for years & it hasn't gotten used much lately. What a great reason to dust it off! :P

You are a brave person for letting that become common knowledge, about the splitter and all, especially in this thread. For me, I don't know why I waited so long. You can have your mango, in two pieces and eat it, too, so to speak. Like chewing the meat off bones. I'd probably get hammered for saying I ate it with a fork, so I won't.
