Burgers with cube of red oak bark

Made burgers tonight. Because my posts get deleted so often there isn't much incentive to post picks.

Anyway, I threw on a cube of red oak bark just before I threw the burgers on. I picked up the red oak during a tri-tip sandwich stop last weekend. The cube was about the size of a fire starter. Anyway, AWESOME. I would highly recommend it!

To the meat I added some pre-egged roasted garlic, Worcestershire sauce, some bread crumbs and a shot of swamp venom. ALL good.

During the 'cool down' phase of the egg after everything is cooked is a great time to make up some roasted garlic for pasta tomorrow. Anyway - good egging night.

Sounds like a good dinner. We use the "left over" heat a lot to roast garlic. it is nice to have on hand for bread or pasta as you said. :)

OK this is my bad... I was giving you the benefit of doubt and thought maybe you were making an effort to be part of the forum. but I see you were posting around the loophole of not registering. I could have deleted my response to you but I still believe in playing nice.
My bad I guess...... it is really to bad that all you energy and brain power is so wasted on childish games. You really seem to have a lot to offer. Julie
