I've always heard that they are pretty tough. I was told I sliced it wrong. I sliced with the grain...What do I know

That'll make it tough alright. I think those roasts are always a bit tough, but keeping them medium rare at most and slicing them thin against the grain solves the problem. Also I've had good luck roasting them cooler like Steve suggested.

Thanks Doug, that's what I will try next time. Problem with cooking it slower is I run out of time on a week night. This roast took about an hour and 15 minutes so we didn't end up eating until around 7. Like Steve said I pulled when it became 115, let it sit for awhile and slice. Perfect med rare. Juices everywhere.

Yah I don;t do low and slow weeknights. You would be better off doing the pork, it's less than an hour
