This is one of my favorites.
Pizza with basciamella sauce for a base, topped with shrimp, bacon, red onion, bell pepper, and Italian spices.

Provolone, Mozzarella, Asagio, and Fontina cheeses added

Off the Egg. Cooked at 500°F

Crust

Served with Chianti wine.
