I think chix thighs might be the perfect grillin' food. Juicy/moist, forgiving enough to still be edible if slightly overcooked, cheap, infinitely adaptable to various recipes from tandoori to ga nuong to jerk, the lowly thigh can do it all.

Yeah, I got home late, and had to push these. I took the old meat tenderizer mallet to everything before dumping in the marinade. Worked pretty good. You're right...hard to screw them up.

Wish I could have cooked some wings... :laugh: ...but all I could manage was a Beef Tenderloin W/ Richard's Kona Coffee Rub came out reasonably well...he said he didn't like red meat suppose reminds him of hell... :laugh: ..so I went up to 140 internal..& then gave him the tips...he loved it.....washed it down with a shiraz...
