I have cooked on my new green egg 8 times since I bought it 4 weeks ago.Everything I have cooked has turned out great. It may be one of the best puchaces I have ever made. Rib eyes to barbequed bacon wrapped shrimp shishkabobs- no problem the egg rules!
Now if I can just figure out how to cook some grits on that bad boy I will be a pro.
Looking foward to cooking out on the egg this year at the football games. I might even get it a ticket to a game or two.
