I got some cheese on the sides of my big green egg when cooking some burgers last night. Whats the best way to clean cheese off? What else do you do to maintain your egg? Thanks

The cheese will probably burn off next time you light your egg. Every once in a while, if my egg has gotten gunky, I'll do a burn-off. Instead of shutting down the egg after a cook, throw the vents wide open and let everything burn away. Not the best thing for your gasket, though, but mine is a crispy strip of char anyway.

A little cheese isnt going to hurt anything. Like Ben said, it will burn off.
