This is my first attempt at a stew or chili on the egg. Much easier than I could have thought. Skillet heats rapidly and oven use of the egg is super easy. You have to keep an eye on the prep. and first cooking stages but it seems to be another hit. This is just to easy!! I'm cooking at next Austin Egg Fest if at all possible. Loved meeting new Egg Heads in Austin.
