The egg was the saving grace in the cooking of my ribs. We had a couple over and I was nervous of the finnal out come but I should have been more confindent.They came out tender and as tasty as anything I have ever had in my life. The couple said he has never had anything as good and the only place you could get anything like this had to be at the best resturants.The plate setter and the GuRu that you.Today is wings they are coming back for more who would have guessed?
