Just finished my first ribs cooked with the 3:1:1 method. They were perfect. I had the Egg indirect at 275 for 3 hours, 1 hour wrapped in foil indirect at 275, and 1 hour direct on an elevated grid at around 300. Doesn't get much better.[p]Cheers
