    HAHAHAHAHAHA, My brother up on Cape Cod has sent me pictures of a dead fly hanging in a spiders web. He claimed it was all he could find to shoot! I mean there wasn't even a spider in the picture! I told him he was a sick puppy. :laugh:

    I'm not that desperate YET.

    Thanks, Gator. The first photo is one of a couple varieties of peonies in the garden. Here are two 2009 shots of the same bush. The blooms span 6" to 8".

    We have another variety just about to pop that's the slightest shade of red. I'll get a shot of them when they decide to open up.... Cheers!

    Hi Zyme

    Yes, this one was one of probably half a dozen that were fishing on the gulf side of Sanibel one morning a week ago. Those incredible feet can get an Osprey in trouble. They have been known to catch fish to large for them and not be able to let go! Fishermen have found large fish with just the legs, feet and talons still embedded in the back of the fish, the Osprey having drowned. Amazing birds.
