Most have mastered the pizza by now...nothing new here, just tonight's cook. Mom's missing the kids today so we had comfort food, PIZZA

Pillsbury Dough (this is supposed to be quick food...I don't do home grown crust)...
Coat crust with EVOO and a smattering of Kraft Peppercorn Ranch Dressing.
Add a layer of pre-cooked white meat chicken breast (from a can) then add a layer of thin sliced Roma Tomatoes.
Cut up 8 or 9 Baby Artichoke hearts and layer.
Sprinkle Onion Garlic (minced), a cup of Shredded Parmesan and 1.5 cups of mozzarella cheese.
Chop up 5-6 small green onions and layer on the pizza.
Put in the Egg, Platesetter legs down, pizza stone hot and Egg showing 500 degrees in the dome.
Slide the pizza off the peel (parchment paper under the dough), close the lid for 12 minutes, NO PEEKING, remove and serve with Red Pepper Flakes.

Nice Tony. Are you going to try and make Branson or Springfield?
Mike -
I doubt I will make any of the eggfests. My work makes it hard to plan ahead and then the registrations are all gone. I would have to be a drop in at Branson, it's about 4-5 hours from my home. My wife isn't interested so that makes it more difficult. I've thought about it however.Visit my blog, dedicated to my Big Green Egg Recipies at http://www.bigtsbge.blogspot.com You can also follow my posts on FaceBook under the name Keep On Eggin' or the link http://www.facebook.com/#!/pages/Keep-On-Eggin/198049930216241
