There are a bunch of techniques out there, FWIW, this is how I do mine. See a whole lot of new folks out there, and this is my tried and true method...enjoy!

Cool. And those look delicious. I guess people don't realize that the smoke can permeate the foil. Yesterday I egged corn on the cob, dressed the way I like them, and wrapped them up in foil. They were on the egg 30 minutes and you could taste the smoke on the corn.
Thanks for sharing. It's good for new eggers to see that there are many ways to achieve a good result on the egg.
FaithHappily egging on my original large BGE since 1996... now the owner of 5 eggs. Call me crazy, everyone else does!
