Standing Rib Roast!

Did my first standing rib roast yesterday. I could kick myself for not doing one of these sooner. I followed the Thirdeye low, slow, indirect method. I did a 9 lb, 4 bone roast in about 5 hours and it was PERFECT.

This is likely to become my primary special occasion choice - special occasion because they're fairly expensive. But, they are EASY.
