I cooked them for my fishing trip. Leaving monday for the Outer Banks, NC. That and so my wife will have something to eat off the egg while I am gone.

Thanks Q'Bruddah. The top two tasted great and had a good "feel" when pulling. The other two were a little tougher because I had to ramp up the temp to finish them off. I used Bad Byron's Butt Rub and a little mustard.
