Chicken Breasts

Cooked 3 medium size skinless chicken breast fillets at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Marinated in Italian dressing for 4 hours and laid them on the v-rack. First time I have tried chicken breasts in the v-rack. I dont think I will ever cook chicken breast again without using the v-rack. They had to be the best chicken breats I have had using the egg!!!

fournier88,did you cook the chicken breast direct or in direct

breadman,
Direct ... I have found skinless chicken breasts difficult to grill. It seems the outer part gets burnt or cooked very well compared to the inner parts of the meat. I believe the v-rack lifted it just enough from the heat of the coals.

fournier88, make or buy you a grid extender. I bought mine for the large and made one for the small. The Naked Whiz has some good info on this , see link...
