OOPPPPSSSSSS! walked away from the EGG for 5 min, thought i was cooking on old gasser and when i got back the brats were a tish split open!! HAHA well live and learn! I cant be the only one to have forgotten to shut the vents down, am I??

I made pulled pork on Monday. 17 hours, I had the egg too cold. 250 dome, not a degree less from now on. Whenever I do less it never finished even close to on time. Live and learn...

If I néw then what I know now. I was grilling some brats in college and they had swollen up so I went to turn them with a fork. Needless to say one exploded and blew grease all over me and the brick wall behind me. It looked to have a grease sillouette of me on the brick wall. Fortunately I had drank a lot of beer or I could have really been hurt.
