Clay Q, you've created a monster and I thank you B)

Went to Costco and picked up some nice Hot Italian Sausages & English muffins, well like everything else, I ended with 36 English muffins

Hodags (I just love these things)

Since I have so many English muffins, decided to do some Crab Canapés.

Mixture of Crab, onion, garlic & Sharp Cheddar cheese. Spread on English muffins and bake 350* for 15 to 20 minutes.

    Clay,

I've made your Hodags 4 or 5 times now and love them. Have you come up with a way to puree the meat quickly and easily - I mean clean up wise?? When I use our food processor I swear it takes me 2 hours to clean the blades etc of the grease. Am I doing something wrong?

OTOH maybe I ought to do several pounds of meat at a time and freeze it - that would make sense! What do you think?
