beef back ribs

I found some beef back ribs at Albertsons for 1.00 a pound if y ou buy 10 puonds
that sounds realy cheap to me for any kind o beef
but I havent a clue as to how to cook these things
they look to be mostly bone
Anybody ever had any eggsperiance with beef back ribs????

    In his instruction he mentioned to lay the membrane down. In a smoke house near me they lay the membrane up, which held juices in the cup of the rack. Thast what I do. In a twist to his, I do them the same only with the 3,1,>1, including the foil wrap. They come out fine. I get 2 full racks in a cyrovac uncut or trimed. His were done in a offset smoker.[p]
