Ham for family reunoin
About 2 weeks ago I asked for advice for cooking ham. After going thru all the responses I decided to cook a fresh ham. Put a 13 pound ham in BGE at 4:30 this morning at 270. Got home from work at 7:30 tonight and internal was 208. It looks wonderful. Now my question- lots of good drippings, should I pour them back on ham after I pull it tonight? Thanks in advance for the expert help you give. Andy

StuckinLodi, I remember you , your from the CCR. Them drippings would be good on there after you pull it...just be sure to post how is was in terms of being dry after you have a chance to taste it.
