Pot Licker

I was looking at Tim M's recipe for beef ribs and he states that he coated them with mustard, does anyone know/have a recipe for a mustard sauce or another recipe for beef ribs? Thanks guys, and gals

Pot Licker,[p]Having done beef ribs a total of once, they were great by the way. I can tell you what I did. I coated them with NB's Ginger/Mahoganey sauce. Then I cooked them direct @ 250 dome for somewhere in the range of 3.5 to 4 hours. Watch for the meat to pull back from the bones. I added some sauce the last half hour.[p]The mustard Tim mentioned was just standard mustard like what you would put on a bologna.[p]Good luck with the cook those is good eats.[p]Keep em Smokin,
