I am planning on making pizza dough tonight for pizza's tomorrow. Can I just put the finished dough in the fridge for the day or is there something special i need to do. Thanks in advance.

It is actually recommended by many to let it rest in the fridge. Just lightly oil a bowl, put the dough in, roll around to cover with the oil, and cover the bowl with plastic wrap. Place in the fridge and be to sure to take it out in plenty of time to warm up before using.

Don't let it rise before you refrigerate it.
Take it out 5-6 hours before you plan to use it so it can warm and then rise. If you don't have that kind of time put it in the oven with the light on. That should get it up around 95-100° and will accelerate the rise by a couple hours. -
So if I have frozen dough I should take it out and let it thaw room temp and let it rise and then refrigerate? How long can you keep dough refrigerated?

I defrost frozen dough for 2-3 hours at room temp, then use it. Or defrost overnight in the fridge, then let it come up to room temp before stretching/shaping.

I've been using this artisan bread recipe for bread and/or pizzas for several months. They recommend a day or two in the fridge for better taste, for up to 2 weeks. Pretty good stuff.

No.
Take it out of the freezer, let it thaw and rise, then use it.
Never refrigerate or freeze dough after you have allowed it to rise. -
Thanks, I just assumed I could get a couple days out of it

You can if you put it into the fridge. You can keep it for a week or longer in there. The less yeast in the recipe the longer it can keep in the fridge.
