My wife just surprised me with BGE for my birthday. My first meal are baby back ribs. I am open to any advice anyone might have

    Congrats on your purchase, and welcome to the forum! (from another "boy").[p]You got enough time for ribs? You need 4-8 hours.
    Have fun! The link below is a little ditty on the way we like to cook ribs. It is about St. Louis spares, but baby backs cook very similarly, maybe 30-60 minutes faster. Check JSlots recipe in the archives for 3.5 hour ribs.[p]Have fun. Seems like you picked the right cooker, and the right forum. '
