FYI,You or ANYBODY else cannot tell the difference in fresh corn and PROPERLY frozen corn!My Mother pulled that trick for several years. She would take frozen ears outta the freezer and mix with fresh and dare ya to tell the difference.NOBODY could!

Looks great Randy. I got to get to cooking some fish my-self. I love it but wife isn't as big on it as me. Course she isn't eating Zocor after each meal like I am eather! Filly get that Sazrac recipe she asked about?

Define properly for me please Hoss! I love the corn we can get at my dads place on the tail end of our annual trek there and would love to be able to bring some of that fresh goodness home.

It'easy.Start with the freshest corn you can find.Shuck it,silk it,clip off the ends.Place in boiling water for 5 minutes then plunge into an ice bath to cool.Vaccum pack in foodsaver bags or HD Ziploc freezer bags. This is for corn on the cob.For whole kernel or creamstyle it's a little different but not much.
