brisket done too soon. what to do

Well my little 10.5 lb brisket was done about 6 hours early. I planed to double wrap in foil, towel and chest. How long will it stay warm and should I add beef broth. Planned 1.5 TO 2.0 hours a pound. I was done in 8. cooked at 225.

Your only good for 6 hours tops. Best to wrap in film and foil. Reheat in oven and slice then.

Been hanging at 190-192 for about hour- hour in a half. should I wait to 200?
