Really enjoyed tonights dinner. A fun cook, took about 4 1/2 hours. Homemade slaw was deeelish. I'll write up the recipe with more pictures tomorrow.

    Aren't those the coolest forks. Scandinavian. The knives and spoons in the set look cool as well. Very heavy, Viking style. :ohmy:

    Nice cook Clay! I've never made pulled pork with a tenderloin. I'm sure it was good and a little more healthy. Love the scandinavian silverware. Would love to see a pic of the fork and spoon.

    I'm going to have to try that tinderloin thing. 250 pit till 190 pluse meat? But you can keep the slaw. Wife likes it but not me. ;)
