5 hr brisket

well I decided to do that 5 hr brisket rather than conventional, one thing that swayed me was, after all this reading up on brisket, the method of cooking is the same as uncle bill's in the recipe section. I figure that if it was tried and proven back in 98 at the eggfest it must be good. Anyhow it went on half an hour ago with a makeshift rub should now how it turns out and will give any tips I pick up on later this evening.[p]Scott
