I am cooking to temp but an approximate times per pound for prime rib?
Will be pulling about 130-135 and resting for 45 min.

Can I just say that 125 with some rest might make for a wee bit better roast. -
It depends on how you cook it. I put it on at 600 or so degrees for about 20 minutes, then leave it on and close down the daisy and vent until it gets to 350. I have tried other ways,but saw this one in the recipe collection and it works great. It takes about 15-20 minutes per pound this way.Large BGE
