Morning All:

reminder on Randy's pizzadilla. Was trying to figure out what to have for dinner tonight and saw your post...so AHAH! We had some tortillas, some cheese, some meat so let's go for it!

First layer is shredded mozzarella, shredded Asiago and some Balsamic glaze...

Second layer is more of the cheeses, sliced pork tenderloin, ham, my BBQ sauce, more Balsamic...

then on the small Egg on a 8" pizza stone at about 450, remembered at the last second to add some bacon bits...
