It does not require the use of the Egg to make this great hash. The recipe is out of my head through a long time of experimenting. Actually, it is a very easy recipe but goes mighty good along side the pork I cooked on the Egg. It is spread over rice and you eat until you blow up. Anyone wanting this recipe can e mail me and I will send it to you. I garantee you have never had any hash better than this. It is a South Carolina special.[p]Jerry Wayne
