We'll have to figure that out...I'm hoping to let someone else deal with all the rules and criteria....I got enough things to be doing that day already....But I will make it all come together if I end up having to do it myself...Susan offered to be a judge and she prefers blind judging...When Ray did the brownie throwdown he set a point valu for appearance, taste, and texture I believe...with X numbers of points allowed for each...which souunds like a good idea to me....blind or owner explained..I don't care...it's yours and Mikes game...whatever you want..and anyone else that may want in....I would think 4 judges would be a good number to have......lets start sharing ideas about this..
