Picnic Shoulder?

Well, the only way I could get a pork butt was to buy a whole shoulder. I went ahead and had it cut so now I have a picnic shoulder also. Do you cook those the same way you would a pork butt? Inquiring minds want to know.[p]The 13 lb beef brisket and the pork butt go on tonight for tomorrow and I may throw the picnic should on for good measure if I can. Any help would be appreciated.
