This was really good; Thomas marinade is the ticket for this fish! Wife made some homemade salsa to go along!

I have only cooked trout, catfish and salmon on the egg. I don't remember ever eating swordfish.

It is a wonderful white meaty fish; very much like a AHI Tuna steak... Beth and I love trout very much as well.
