Debt reduction - Salmon

I have received so much great help from this forum, I want to begin pay-back as that occurs.[p]I had GREAT salmon filets last night and thought some would enjoy the same.[p]I used the marinade below and cooked on the BGE as shown.[p]

SALMON MARINADE [p]1/2 Cup of Soy Sauce
1/4 Cup of Oil
2 Tblspns Molasses
2 Teaspns Ginger
2 Teaspns Dry Mustard
6 Cloves of Garlic Minced[p]Marinate salmon in the mixture for 4 hours, turning occasionally.
We have also used this on lamb.


Salmon Filets 7-1-04[p]Cut Sam’s Salmon into filets measuring approximately 4” X 2”.[p]Marinated them in the refrigerator for about 5 hours, flipping them in the marinade occasionally.[p]6:20 Started fire – used the fan to help air flow.[p]6:45 Sprayed the regular grid with Pam[p]6:50 Dome Temp 290 degrees[p]7:00 Dome Temp 310 degrees PUT SALMON ON[p]7:05 Sat timer for 15 minutes[p]7:20 Flipped the filets and sat 10 minutes on the timer.[p]These were finished at 7:30[p]They were GREAT !![p]Have a nice 4th all.
