Yesterday I got to thinking, then that led to a rather heated argument with myself which culminated in the decision to Eggsperiment with some snacks.

Here's what I came up with.



Apple Smoked Bacon Wrapped Cherry Tomatoes
Apple Smoked Bacon Wrapped Spicy Sweet Pickle Crisps
Apple Smoked Pig Candy with light brown sugar, cayenne and maple syrup
Apple Smoked ABT's with Cream Cheese and Banquet Breakfast Sausages
Apple Smoked olives with piminto inserts

So So if spiced up a notch or two

Good but not Eggcelent
Good but Little Smokey's are better
Not good but has promise

Back to basics.

Yes on the Cornbread Omelets for the Texas Eggfest. Lots of people liked them and at least four said they were buying a Griddle Q for their Egg to cook 'em on.
