Beets Parsnips and more

Over the weekend I cooked up some vegetables in the Dutch oven with the help of the BGE.
I started with some fresh beets for 15 minutes in the pre heated Dutch oven - then added the parsnips, carrots, onions, Brussels sprouts, potato and a hand full of craisins after 30 minutes I added the mushrooms - we ate the mix over some brown rice, yum yum
