My FIRST cook! BB ribs. W/PICS!

No before pics unfortunately, but have some after pics!
Cooked some BB ribs using the Carwash Mike method. I actually surprised myself - I rarely found myself chasing temps! Sure seemed like I had the draft door open pretty big though to keep it at 210, then 250, then 275...
Used Dizzy Dust, yellow mustard, three chunks of hickory, spritzed every hour with 50/50 apple cider vinegar and apple juice, left on for 5 hours, finished with SBR regular sauce, and voila! Husband said they were the BEST ribs he'd ever tasted.

Holy smoke ring, Batman!

Go 'head, girl...those look great. I think that baby backs are one of the most gratifying cooks...a delicious reward for minimal fussing & tending.

SBR is a very good sauce. Nice ribs. They are so easy to cook.

Great first ribs Stacie! I remember back to my first few rib cooks. It was a little unnerving but you'll come to find ribs are one of the easiest cooks.

Very nice looking ribs! I love that bark.

Very nice Stacie ... Get used to your husband saying that about every meal you cook him on it!
