Avocado Wood Smoked Chicken Thighs

Seasoned with only salt and pepper
On the Egg @350*-375* indirect and the Avocado wood is smelling great.
After 45-min the look and smell is incredible.
The other side
Finished @ 170* internal 1-hr. 30-min.
The taste, Incredible a mighty fine cook.
Avocado smoking wood geven to me by Morro Bay Rich.
