Yea, I just watched it. The Texas segment of the program was done at Queros, a Tex Mex restaurant in Austin. Shrimp kabobs was what they cooked on the Egg. Great promotion for the Big Green Egg. Maybe GrillMeister will chime in and tell us about the restaurant. It looked to me like a fun place with great food. Definitely on my to do list.[p]Spring Chicken

GrillMeister,[p]I believe it is "Guero's". They said they have a street party the first Thursday of every month and the restaurant is on that street and they participate. I couldn't believe he had a BGE!

I missed the show, but am a regular at Guero's (pronounced "where o's" for you northerners). Pretty good food, but not the best Mexican around (or even w/in a 2 block radius) by any stretch of the imagination. It is popular with celebrities, and they do have great homemade corn tortillas, which are harder to harder to find.
