I judged my 2nd KCBS event today in Lula,MS.WOW!I thought I was a DECENT cook.I could'nt even clean these cooks ash pans!We tasted some of the MOST AWESOME Q I have ever eggsperienced!It was a great time,wonderful hosts,perfect weather,great food,good live music,picture purfect setting,and professionally ran!Heres some pics.

That looks like a great time! Are you enjoying the judging? Erin and I ... after a great deal of discussion, have decided to bypass the Waldorf Eggfest this year and go get KCBS certified on May 1st. Hoping to judge a competition or two later this summer. We are really looking forward to it!
