Congrats Doug it's a lot of fun isn't it? What were the ingredients?

Shrimp, Mango, Bacon, Dried Anchos and Asparagus.
We did Avocado Shrimp Cocktail, Bacon wrapped Asparagus with Bearnaise Sauce and Mango Salsa.
Competition was fierce the average score was 27 out of 30.
