Barbecue Spaghetti

I took all the trimmings from making ribs and smoked them over applewood. I made my spaghetti from scratch, because the texture is better and it absorbs the flavors better. I felt it was a bit rich for a main course and better as a side dish. If you love your barbecue sauce you will love this!

Now that is a SERIOUS BBQ lovers dish! I can almost smell it from here. Nice job on the pasta, too.

Matt,
I guess if you make your own it's OK but I always find the dry stuff too crunchy on the egg.

Looks good. Never tried it with rib meat, always used pulled pork. Good Job.
