I am planning on cooking some ribs for the Fourth but due to a hard drive failure I am unable to locate the instructions that I downloaded off of this sight. I first found this recipe shortly after I purchased my Egg about a year ago. Best damn ribs that I have ever cooked.[p]Basic concept was low and slow three stage cooking that took around six hours or so. Seems like I had to wrap them in foil for about an hour or so.[p]Does anyone know this or perhaps sound familiar?

Zilm,
Sounds like the 3-2-1 or 3-1.5-1 method. Visit Tim M's site for lots of rib recipes. I have a link to his site on my links page. (Yes, I'm too lazy to look it up, LOL!)[p]TNW

Zilm,[p]I did the 3/1/1.5 this past weekend......OUTSTANDING!!! Used a soy, hoisin, garlic, pale sherry, honey, and a few other things that I cannot remember to marinade them. Temp was set @ 250 deg for the duration. [p]Good luck
