OK so I have looked and I can't find a Bone out Pork Loin Chop Recipe. I really need to know more about how to cook it rather then what to put on it. Dome Temp, direct or in direct? They are about 1 1/2 inch thick.
Thanks for the Help, Jason

Hi Jason
Here is how I do Boneless Pork Loin Chops. You could even pull them a little sooner, at 140º.
Have a great day,

Gator,
Those look great! This was exactly what I was looking for thanks -
Thanks, I did do a search here but most were for bone in. I will dig a little deeper but the recipe from Gator looks great so I am going to try it tonight!

Thanks Jason, glad to help.

I do mine, grid atop the ring (no raised rig) at 350 F. and pull at 140 F.
